Nichols Pinot Noir Edna Ranch Vineyard 1999

Silver Fox 2006 Zinfandel has a hint of Oak and is from Paso Robles, California USA. There are lots of fruit with hints of spice in this Zinfandel. Cherry, plum, currant and wild berries lay across the palate. It is delightfully integrated with caramel, a hint of smoke, and toast. It is well defined and has great depth and a nice texture.  It will go well with beef, pork and stews, mildly spiced, as well as very spicy dishes. Zinfandel goes well with barbecued meats.
