Nichols Winery is a small winery, established in 1991 to produce ultra premium wines with limited production of each Varietal. The winery produces Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Zinfandel, Syrah, Tempranillo, Petite Sirah. There are 3 brands, Nichols, Soleil & Terroir and Silver Fox brands. It is located in Paso Robles, CA.
